Quiet music during Propaganda film- Doesn't distract from the story.
Medium tempo
Minor chord-scary energy

Has a major chord but it gets dominated by the minor chords making it feel sinister.

Horn/Trumpet symbol of battle, war, triumph. (Sinister victory)
Makes the audience feel sorry, isolated from others, that he might have a chance of victory.
