Steps Of How To Make Hokey Pokey



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Of Sugar
1/4 Cup Of Golden Syrup
2tsp Of Baking Soda

Materials:
Saucepan
Wooden Spoon
Aluminum Foil.

Method:

  1. Pour the sugar and golden syrup into the saucepan and bring to boil, keep stirring continuously until the sugar liquefies. When the sugar finally dissolved leave and boil it for approximately 4 minutes.


  2.  Take the pan off the heat and add your baking soda while stirring quickly until it's bubbly.
  3. Pour immediately to you aluminium foil and leave to rest.
  4. After cooling down break it into chunks.
